UN75 Global Governance Forum
In 2020, One Earth Future partnered with other global institutions to initiate a new generation of scale-able, multi-stakeholder partnership initiatives that better harness the ideas, capabilities and networks of state & non-state actors for achieving the UN’s commitment to peace, sustainable development, human rights, and a stable climate. The UN75 Global Governance Forum also aimed to build a consensus around a strategy for implementing institutional, policy, and normative innovations around global governance.
The Forum was initially planned as an in-person event in San Francisco, where the United Nations vision took shape and its charter was signed on June 26, 1945. But in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was carried out virtually, where it was attended by more than 3,500 people.
Brand and messaging development across multiple platforms including website, presentations, social media and PR engagement, showcasing some of the world’s biggest leaders in peacebuilding and diplomacy all with the aim of shaping the United Nations into an entity that lives up to its 75 year legacy and is equipped to tackle the many challenges that still lie ahead.
